Home Health Aide (HHA) / CNA / STNA

Bridge Home Healthcare Inc is hiring Home Health Aides (HHA), Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA) and State Tested Nurse Assistants (STNA) to provide compassionate in‑home care for clients throughout Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, OH.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care services such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance in clients’ homes.
• Monitor vital signs, report changes in health status, and follow care plans created by nurses and therapists.
• Assist with medication reminders, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation to appointments.
• Document care activities accurately in electronic health records and communicate updates to the clinical team.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for each client.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Current HHA, CNA, or STNA certification in Ohio.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping seniors and disabled individuals.
• Flexibility to work part‑time, full‑time, PRN, or on a flexible schedule.

• Annual salary: $21,115.24 (fixed)
