About This Position
Higher Ground Property Management is hiring an HOA Portfolio Manager to independently oversee multiple off‑site homeowner associations from our Los Angeles office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day operations for a portfolio of HOA communities, ensuring compliance with governing documents and local regulations.
- Serve as primary point of contact for homeowners, board members, and vendors.
- Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and reserve studies.
- Coordinate maintenance requests, contract services, and on‑site inspections.
- Enforce community rules and resolve disputes in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using property management software.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for daily use.
- Typing speed of at least 35 wpm (test required).
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Professional appearance and business attire.
- Strong organizational, communication, and assertiveness skills.
- Basic understanding of property management principles; training provided for the right candidate.
Compensation
Salary: $64,419 per year.
Location
Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, USA – work from our modern office with occasional site visits.
