Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end ETL pipelines using Python (pandas, PyMongo) and SQL.
• Architect and optimize MongoDB schemas for high‑performance data storage and retrieval.
• Create and maintain interactive visualizations and dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Ensure all data handling complies with HIPAA, PHI, and CMS reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Perform advanced data analysis to support clinical and operational decision‑making.
• Document data models, pipeline processes, and reporting standards.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in data analysis and reporting.
• At least 5 years of recent experience in the healthcare domain (mandatory).
• Proficiency in Python for ETL tasks, including pandas and PyMongo libraries.
• Strong expertise in MongoDB schema design, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Advanced SQL querying skills (complex joins, window functions, CTEs).
• Hands‑on experience with dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
