Job Summary

Ryder is seeking a High Volume Recruiter in the United States to lead full‑cycle recruitment for contractor positions, handling sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for high‑volume contractor roles, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals and talent pools.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and assess fit against role requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and senior operations teams.
• Negotiate offers, ensure compliance with company policies and facilitate smooth onboarding.
• Maintain accurate applicant data in the ATS and generate recruitment metrics reports.
• Develop and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in high‑volume recruitment, preferably for contract or temporary roles.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

Compensation

Salary: $54,556.33 per year (fixed).

Location

United States (remote/office based as required by Ryder).
