Key Responsibilities
- Guide and advise healthcare payer clients on the implementation of Cognizant’s TriZetto Elements product suite for Medicare and other government programs.
- Lead enrollment, reconciliation, and data integration activities to ensure accurate claims processing.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, configure, and test system solutions that meet regulatory requirements.
- Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to client stakeholders.
- Identify improvement opportunities, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous optimization of product performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience consulting on healthcare payer systems, preferably with TriZetto Elements or similar platforms.

Compensation & Benefits
