Join Cognizant as a Healthcare Product Consultant – Medicare, working remotely from Wyoming, Kent County, US. You will guide government‑healthcare payer clients on implementing the TriZetto Elements suite.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert consulting on TriZetto Elements for Medicare and other government programs.
- Lead enrollment, reconciliation, and data migration activities.
- Collaborate with client IT and operations teams to ensure seamless product integration.
- Develop and deliver training materials and documentation for end‑users.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best‑practice solutions.
- Support post‑implementation troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience consulting on healthcare payer systems, preferably with TriZetto or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and other government‑sponsored health programs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple client projects.
Preferred Skills
- Certification in TriZetto Elements or related healthcare IT solutions.
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
- Project management experience (PMP or Agile).
Compensation & Benefits
