Key Responsibilities
- Advise payer clients on best practices for TriZetto Elements deployment in Medicare and other government programs.
- Lead configuration, enrollment, and reconciliation processes to ensure accurate claim and benefit administration.
- Conduct system testing, data validation, and troubleshooting to guarantee seamless go‑live transitions.
- Provide training and documentation for client teams, fostering self‑sufficiency and ongoing product adoption.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including developers, business analysts, and project managers—to deliver integrated solutions on schedule.
- Monitor post‑implementation performance, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience consulting on healthcare payer systems, preferably with TriZetto or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and other government health programs, including enrollment and reconciliation workflows.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple client engagements.

- Certifications such as Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or TriZetto Elements specialist.
- Experience with Agile project methodologies.

Compensation & Benefits
