Job Summary

The Healthcare Product Consultant – Medicare role at Cognizant is a full‑time, remote position supporting government‑sponsored healthcare programs. Based in Nashville, Davidson County, you will guide payer clients through implementation of the TriZetto Elements suite.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise and support healthcare payer clients on TriZetto Elements configuration for Medicare and other government programs.
• Lead enrollment, reconciliation, and data integration activities to ensure accurate claim processing.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design solution architectures that meet regulatory requirements.
• Conduct system testing, issue resolution, and provide post‑implementation support.
• Develop and deliver training materials and documentation for client stakeholders.
• Stay current with changes in Medicare policies and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years of experience with healthcare payer systems, preferably TriZetto Elements or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and other government health programs.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.

Compensation & Benefits
