Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on implementation, configuration, and optimization of TriZetto Elements for Medicare and other government programs.
• Lead enrollment, reconciliation, and claims processing workflows to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including technical architects, business analysts, and client stakeholders, to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Conduct system testing, validation, and user training sessions for payer clients.
• Identify improvement opportunities, create documentation, and support post‑implementation support and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience consulting on healthcare payer systems, preferably with TriZetto Elements or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and other government health programs, including enrollment and reconciliation processes.
