Key Responsibilities

• Guide payer clients through enrollment, reconciliation, and claims processing using TriZetto Elements.
• Configure and customize product modules to meet specific government program requirements.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise on Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
• Conduct system testing, data validation, and post‑go‑live support.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design optimal solutions and drive continuous improvement.
• Deliver training sessions and documentation for client staff.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Business, IT or related field.
• 3+ years of experience consulting on healthcare payer systems, preferably with TriZetto Elements.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and other government health programs.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple client engagements.

Compensation

Annual salary: $85,036.66 (fixed). Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
