Skilled Wound Care is seeking a Healthcare Inside Sales Representative in Los Angeles, Los Angeles County. This role focuses on prospecting and managing nursing‑home accounts for wound, ostomy, and skin care services.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and develop phone relationships with nursing home decision‑makers.
• Present Skilled Wound Care’s service portfolio and tailor solutions to client needs.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the Vice President of Partnerships & Development to meet quarterly sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolve inquiries, and ensure client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of inside sales or medical device/healthcare sales experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build relationships over the phone.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits
