Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Chief Health and Life Science Compliance Officer and cross‑functional compliance teams to identify, assess, and resolve regulatory compliance issues.
- Design and implement innovative compliance frameworks and contracting processes tailored to the healthcare and life‑sciences sectors.
- Lead risk‑based assessments, audits, and remediation plans for Oracle’s healthcare customers worldwide.
- Develop training programs and communication strategies to embed ethics and compliance best practices across internal business groups.
- Monitor evolving healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, FDA) and translate requirements into actionable policies.
- Provide strategic guidance to sales, product, and engineering teams on compliance implications of new offerings.
- Report compliance metrics and insights to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Law, Business, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (CIPP/HC, CCEP) preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare compliance, ethics, or regulatory affairs, preferably within a technology or SaaS environment.
- Deep knowledge of U.S. and international healthcare regulations, data privacy, and life‑science industry standards.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross‑functional programs and influence senior executives.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with contract negotiation, risk management, and audit methodologies.
