Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Chief Health and Life Science Compliance Officer and cross‑functional compliance teams to identify, assess, and resolve regulatory compliance issues.
• Design and implement innovative compliance frameworks and contracting processes tailored to the healthcare and life‑sciences sectors.
• Lead risk‑based assessments, audits, and remediation plans for Oracle’s healthcare customers worldwide.
• Develop training programs and communication strategies to embed ethics and compliance best practices across internal business groups.
• Monitor evolving healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, FDA) and translate requirements into actionable policies.

Required Qualifications
