This senior role partners directly with the Chief Health and Life Science Compliance Officer to drive regulatory compliance solutions for Oracle’s global healthcare and life‑science customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Chief Health and Life Science Compliance Officer and cross‑functional compliance teams to identify and resolve regulatory challenges.
• Design and implement innovative compliance frameworks, policies, and contracting processes tailored to the healthcare and life‑sciences sectors.
• Lead risk assessments, audits, and remediation activities across Oracle’s healthcare customer base.
• Provide expert guidance to internal business groups on ethical standards, data privacy, and industry‑specific regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, FDA).
• Develop training programs and communication strategies to promote a culture of compliance.
• Monitor emerging regulations and advise senior leadership on strategic implications.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare compliance, ethics, or related regulatory roles.
• Strong understanding of U.S. and global healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITECH, FDA, GDPR).
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross‑functional projects and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
