This senior role partners directly with the Chief Health and Life Science Compliance Officer to drive regulatory compliance solutions for Oracle’s global healthcare and life‑science customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Chief Health and Life Science Compliance Officer and cross‑functional compliance teams to identify and resolve regulatory challenges.
- Design and implement innovative compliance frameworks, policies, and contracting processes tailored to the healthcare and life‑sciences sectors.
- Lead risk assessments, audits, and remediation activities across Oracle’s healthcare customer base.
- Provide expert guidance to internal business groups on ethical standards, data privacy, and industry‑specific regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, FDA).
- Develop training programs and communication strategies to promote a culture of compliance.
- Monitor emerging regulations and advise senior leadership on strategic implications.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare compliance, ethics, or related regulatory roles.
- Strong understanding of U.S. and global healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITECH, FDA, GDPR).
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross‑functional projects and influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications (CCEP, CCEP‑H) preferred.

Salary: $152,525.38 per year.
