Apidel Technologies is seeking a Healthcare Consultant I to provide in‑home and facility‑based care services across the North Miami area (North Miami, Aventura, Hialeah, Miramar). This full‑time remote role includes extensive travel to member homes, assisted‑living facilities, and nursing homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver personalized care plans for members in their homes or care facilities.
• Travel up to 75% of the workweek within the designated region, ensuring timely visits and follow‑ups.
• Coordinate with families, healthcare providers, and facility staff to optimize member outcomes.
• Document all interactions, assessments, and recommendations accurately in the electronic health record system.
• Participate in remote training sessions via Microsoft Teams and stay current with industry best practices.

Requirements

• Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) – mandatory.
• Must reside in North Miami, Aventura, Hialeah, or Miramar.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for mileage‑reimbursed travel.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Previous experience in home health, assisted living, or nursing home settings is preferred.
