Job Summary

Apidel Technologies is hiring a Healthcare Consultant I for its West Hialeah office (remote work based in Miami‑Dade County, FL). This full‑time role involves traveling to members’ homes, assisted‑living facilities and nursing homes while providing bilingual (Spanish/English) support.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in‑home and facility visits for approximately 75% of the workweek, assessing member needs and coordinating care plans.
• Provide bilingual communication and documentation in both Spanish and English.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, families, and internal teams via Microsoft Teams.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, assessments, and follow‑up actions.
• Participate in a 4‑6 week remote training program and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Fluent bilingual Spanish/English (reading, writing, speaking) – mandatory.
• Reside in Miami‑Dade County, FL (ZIP 33012 or 33015).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regional travel.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary: $131,892.88 (fixed). Includes travel reimbursement, health benefits, and paid training.
