Job Summary
Stride, Inc. is seeking a Healthcare Business Development Manager in Sacramento, Sacramento County. This role will drive growth for MedCerts, a Stride online training brand delivering high‑demand Allied Healthcare certifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with hospitals, clinics, military organizations, and community colleges.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase enrollment in MedCerts’ healthcare certification programs.
- Maintain relationships with existing partners, providing regular performance reports and upsell recommendations.
- Collaborate with marketing and curriculum teams to tailor e‑learning solutions to partner needs.
- Track market trends in Allied Healthcare and IT certifications to inform product development.
- Prepare forecasts, pipelines, and quarterly business reviews for senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in the healthcare education or e‑learning sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of Allied Healthcare certifications and workforce development initiatives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel locally and regionally as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual base salary: $130,363.73 plus performance‑based incentives, comprehensive health benefits, 401(k) match, and professional development support.
