Healthcare Business Development Manager

Stride, Inc. is seeking a Healthcare Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives for MedCerts, its national online training division, in Boise County, Idaho. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate relationships with hospitals, clinics, veteran organizations, and workforce development agencies to promote MedCerts programs.
• Develop and execute a regional sales plan that meets or exceeds the annual revenue target of $121,012.
• Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns and outreach materials for military families, career changers, and unemployed individuals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• Proven track record of achieving revenue goals in a remote or regional role.
• Strong understanding of Allied Healthcare certifications and the needs of military or veteran populations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in Boise County, Idaho.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $121,011.97 annually, with performance‑based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and tuition assistance for continued education.
