Job Summary

Stride, Inc. is seeking a Healthcare Business Development Manager in Carson City, Nevada to drive growth of its MedCerts online training programs for allied health and IT certifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate relationships with healthcare organizations, military bases, and community partners to expand enrollment.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting high‑demand certification programs.
• Collaborate with marketing and curriculum teams to tailor eLearning solutions for diverse learner audiences.
• Conduct virtual and on‑site presentations, webinars, and workshops to showcase program value.
• Track pipeline metrics, forecast revenue, and report performance to senior leadership.
• Stay current on industry trends, credential requirements, and competitor offerings.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in healthcare, education, or eLearning sectors.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Familiarity with allied health certifications and veteran/under‑employed learner demographics a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $127,295.78 annually, plus performance incentives and comprehensive benefits package.
