Job Summary

Zoom is seeking a Head of Workplace to lead Workplace Operations for its global sites (excluding China) from our Atlanta, Fulton County headquarters. This senior role oversees daily office operations, vendor management, and workplace programs while ensuring safety, efficiency, and cost‑effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct day‑to‑day operations across Zoom’s worldwide offices, ensuring facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
• Develop and enforce operational policies, compliance procedures, and sustainability initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee service delivery for cleaning, security, maintenance, and other site‑specific services.
• Lead a cross‑functional team to deliver workplace programs that enhance employee experience and productivity.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and cost‑control measures to meet financial targets.
• Partner with real‑estate, HR, and IT teams to align workplace strategy with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement through data‑driven insights and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in facilities or workplace operations, preferably in a global, tech‑focused environment.
• Proven leadership of large, multi‑site teams and complex vendor ecosystems.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi‑million‑dollar budgets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Facilities Management, or related field; Master’s preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $141,421.89 annually, plus comprehensive benefits package, performance bonuses, and equity opportunities.
