Job Summary

Zoom is seeking a Head of Workplace to lead Workplace Operations for its global sites (excluding China) from Alpharetta, Fulton County, US. This senior role oversees daily office operations, vendor management, and employee experience while ensuring safety, compliance, and cost‑effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct day‑to‑day operations across Zoom’s worldwide offices, ensuring facilities are well‑maintained and services run smoothly.
• Develop and enforce operational standards, safety protocols, and compliance policies.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee service delivery to meet quality and budget targets.
• Lead workplace programs that enhance employee experience, productivity, and well‑being.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to align facilities strategy with business objectives.
• Prepare and control operational budgets, track expenditures, and drive cost‑saving initiatives.

Compensation
