About This Position
Zoom is seeking a Head of Workplace to lead Workplace Operations for its global sites (excluding China) from our Glendale, Denver hub. This senior role oversees daily office operations, vendor management and strategic workplace programs while ensuring safety, compliance and cost‑effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct day‑to‑day operations for Zoom’s worldwide offices, ensuring facilities are well‑maintained, safe and aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and enforce operational standards, health‑and‑safety policies, and sustainability initiatives across all sites.
- Manage vendor contracts, negotiate service agreements and oversee performance metrics for third‑party providers.
- Lead the design and execution of workplace programs that enhance employee experience, productivity and collaboration.
- Collaborate with finance, real‑estate, IT and HR partners to drive cost‑effective solutions and strategic space planning.
- Prepare and present operational dashboards, budget forecasts and compliance reports to senior leadership.
- Mentor and develop a global team of facilities managers and support staff.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Real Estate or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in global workplace or facilities operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record managing multi‑site operations, vendor ecosystems and large budgets (>$100M).
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, ESG, and international compliance standards.
- Exceptional analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to travel internationally up to 25% of the time.
Compensation
Annual salary: $118,380.09 (USD).
