Key Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations across Zoom’s worldwide offices, ensuring high standards of maintenance, safety, and compliance.
• Develop and execute workplace programs that boost employee experience and productivity.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor service level agreements.
• Lead site‑specific services such as facilities management, space planning, and emergency response.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in facilities, workplace operations, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record managing global or multi‑site operations.
• Strong vendor management, negotiation, and contract administration skills.
• Excellent analytical, budgeting, and project‑management abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.

Compensation

Salary: $105,676.12 per year.
