Job Summary

Zoom is seeking a Head of Workplace to lead Workplace Operations for its global sites (excluding China) from Nashville, Davidson County, US. This senior role oversees safety, efficiency, compliance, and cost‑effectiveness across all offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations for Zoom’s worldwide office portfolio, ensuring facilities are well‑maintained and aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and enforce operational standards, health & safety policies, and sustainability initiatives.
• Manage vendor contracts, negotiate service agreements, and monitor performance metrics.
• Lead a cross‑functional team to deliver workplace programs, space planning, and employee experience services.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and reporting for global workplace spend.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to tailor site‑specific services while maintaining global consistency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in facilities or workplace operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple international sites.
• Proven track record managing large vendor portfolios and complex contracts.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, and project‑management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field; Master’s preferred.
