Job Summary
Join TIAA in Grand Central, Manhattan as the Head of Client Portfolio Management (CPM) Operations for Brooklyn Investment Group. Lead the design and execution of operational workflows that support portfolio managers and client service teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and continuously improve the operational backbone for client portfolio management and client service functions.
- Partner with Portfolio Managers, Client Portfolio Managers, Engineering, and Client Service leadership to align processes with business goals.
- Lead high‑visibility initiatives that enhance accuracy, mitigate risk, and enable scalable growth as assets and client counts expand.
- Oversee end‑to‑end servicing workflows, ensuring seamless data flow, reporting, and compliance.
- Manage a team of operations specialists, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and career development.
- Develop metrics and dashboards to monitor operational performance and drive data‑driven improvements.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in portfolio management operations, investment services, or related financial operations.
- Proven track record of leading large‑scale process improvement initiatives in a fast‑growing investment environment.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing cross‑functional teams and collaborating with technology partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (CFA, CPA) a plus.
Compensation
Annual salary: $138,731.38
