Guidewire Data Analyst

Vsion Technologies Inc is seeking a skilled Guidewire Data Analyst for its Highland Park, Dallas office. This long‑term, hybrid role offers a fixed rate of $53/hr (equivalent to $128,447.45 annual) on a W2 basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions using Guidewire ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, and BillingCenter data.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) insurance data from multiple sources to support actuarial, underwriting, and claims analytics.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data requirements, create dashboards, and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards in the Property & Casualty (P&C) sector.
• Provide mentorship to junior analysts and promote best practices for data governance.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of hands‑on IT reporting or data analysis experience.
• At least 4 years of experience specifically within the P&C insurance industry, including reinsurance data.
• Proficiency with Guidewire suite, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a hybrid team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data warehousing platforms such as Snowflake or Redshift.
• Knowledge of Python or R for statistical analysis.
• Certification in Guidewire or related insurance technology.
