Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation pipelines that translate product usage signals into sales and customer‑success actions.
• Collaborate with Growth, RevOps, Sales, and Customer Success teams to define data requirements and workflow logic.
• Build, test, and monitor integrations with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
• Design scalable data models and APIs to support real‑time decision making across the customer lifecycle.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and performance optimization for all GTM systems.
• Document processes, create technical specifications, and provide training to cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of engineering experience building data‑driven automation or revenue enablement solutions.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or JavaScript and familiarity with ETL tools.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of SaaS revenue cycles and go‑to‑market strategies.
