Job Summary
Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Group Product Manager for Valve Clinic Coordinator Programs (TMTT) in Washington, D.C., US. This senior role leads the strategy, development, and execution of programs that connect clinical coordinators with our innovative heart valve technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for the Valve Clinic Coordinator Programs across the TMTT portfolio.
- Collaborate with clinical, sales, marketing, regulatory, and engineering teams to translate market insights into actionable product features.
- Drive program adoption by creating training, educational materials, and support tools for clinic coordinators.
- Analyze performance metrics, gather user feedback, and iterate on program offerings to improve patient outcomes and provider satisfaction.
- Manage a cross‑functional team, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of milestones within budget.
- Represent Edwards Lifesciences at conferences, advisory boards, and customer meetings to champion program value.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of product management experience in medical devices or healthcare technology, preferably in valve or cardiovascular solutions.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows for heart valve procedures and experience working with clinic coordinators.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
Compensation
Base salary: $96,855.47 per year.
