Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for the Valve Clinic Coordinator Programs across the TMTT portfolio.
• Collaborate with clinical, sales, marketing, regulatory, and engineering teams to translate market insights into actionable product features.
• Drive program adoption by creating training, educational materials, and support tools for clinic coordinators.
• Analyze performance metrics, gather user feedback, and iterate on program offerings to improve patient outcomes and provider satisfaction.
• Manage a cross‑functional team, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of milestones within budget.
• Represent Edwards Lifesciences at conferences, advisory boards, and customer meetings to champion program value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of product management experience in medical devices or healthcare technology, preferably in valve or cardiovascular solutions.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows for heart valve procedures and experience working with clinic coordinators.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

Compensation

Base salary: $96,855.47 per year.
