Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure accurate classification, valuation, and licensing.
• Monitor changes in trade laws (e.g., EAR, ITAR, HTS) and update internal guidelines accordingly.

• Prepare and submit required filings such as AES, EEI, and other government reports.
• Support investigations of compliance incidents and implement corrective action plans.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in import/export compliance, customs brokerage, or global logistics.
• Strong understanding of U.S. trade regulations (EAR, ITAR, HTS, C-TPAT) and international trade agreements.
• Excellent analytical, detail‑oriented, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with compliance software and Excel; experience with AESDirect preferred.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Law, or related field is a plus.

Compensation

Salary: $60,541.57 annually (fixed). Additional benefits may include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
