Job Summary

We are seeking a Global Payroll Manager for Aziro Technologies LLC, based in the United States (remote). This senior role leads payroll strategy and execution across multiple international jurisdictions, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global payroll framework that aligns with local labor laws, tax regulations, and corporate policies.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams in Finance, HR, and Legal to guarantee seamless payroll processing.
• Oversee end‑to‑end payroll cycles for all international locations, including data validation, tax calculations, and disbursements.
• Monitor and mitigate payroll compliance risks, staying current with regulatory changes in each jurisdiction.
• Lead a team of payroll specialists, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and training on best practices.
• Manage relationships with external payroll service providers and ensure service level agreements are met.
• Prepare and present payroll analytics, cost reports, and audit documentation to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, accuracy, and employee satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of experience managing multi‑country payroll operations.
• Strong knowledge of international payroll tax laws, social security contributions, and statutory reporting.
• Proficiency with global payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
