Global HR Business Partner – (GTM)

Expereo is seeking an experienced Global HR Business Partner (GTM) to join its team in Reston, Fairfax County, US. This role will partner with global sales, marketing and operations leaders to drive talent strategy and deliver business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR advisor to GTM leadership, influencing workforce planning, talent acquisition and performance management.
• Design and implement people programs that support revenue growth, market expansion and employee engagement.
• Provide coaching on leadership development, succession planning and change management.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide data‑driven insights to improve productivity and retention.
• Ensure compliance with global employment regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (Compensation, Learning, Diversity & Inclusion) to deliver integrated solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM‑CP/SHRM‑SI) preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner supporting sales or GTM functions in a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of SD‑WAN, SASE, cloud connectivity markets is a plus.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic initiatives.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Compensation

Base salary: $127,612.30 per year.
