Key Responsibilities

• Lead an indirect, multi‑disciplinary team of leaders who interact directly with global customers.

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing indirect, cross‑functional teams and delivering complex, customer‑centric solutions.
• Strong financial acumen with experience budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to work with senior executives and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Willingness to work remotely with occasional travel to customer sites and internal hubs.

Compensation & Benefits
