Job Summary
Celestica is seeking a Global Business Office Director – Power Infrastructure to lead a cross‑functional, customer‑facing team from Boise, Ada County, US. This senior role drives customer relationship growth and coordinates Sales, Operations, Finance, Design, and Supply Chain to deliver competitive power‑infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead an indirect, multi‑disciplinary team of leaders who interact directly with global customers.
- Expand and deepen strategic customer relationships across the Americas region.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Design, and Supply Chain to shape service offerings and ensure solution competitiveness.
- Develop and execute business plans that align with corporate revenue and profitability targets.
- Oversee contract negotiations, service level agreements, and performance metrics.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to executive leadership on market trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in business development, account management, or related leadership roles within the power infrastructure or industrial sector.
- Proven track record of managing indirect, cross‑functional teams and delivering complex, customer‑centric solutions.
- Strong financial acumen with experience budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to work with senior executives and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Willingness to work remotely with occasional travel to customer sites and internal hubs.
Compensation & Benefits
