Job Summary

Chrysalis Health is seeking a Fully Remote Haitian Creole Intake Data Processor to join its mission‑driven behavioral health team. This role is based in Davie, Broward County, FL and offers hourly compensation of $15.00‑$16.00 with benefits and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming client referrals via phone, email, and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Accurately enter client demographic and clinical information into the EHR, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
• Communicate with clients in Haitian Creole and English to gather necessary intake data, answer basic questions, and schedule initial assessments.
• Coordinate referrals with behavioral health providers, confirming appointment availability and transmitting required documentation.
• Track referral status, follow up on pending items, and maintain up‑to‑date reports for management.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies, escalating complex cases to the Clinical Intake Supervisor.
• Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating empathy and cultural sensitivity.
• Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in Haitian Creole and proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred.
• Previous experience in medical or behavioral health intake, data entry, or referral coordination.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and familiarity with EHR platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational abilities, and multitasking capacity.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while meeting productivity targets.
