Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete financial lifecycle of engineering projects, from budgeting and cost tracking to final close‑out.
• Maintain daily bookkeeping, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
• Process payroll accurately and ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and support the month‑end close process.
• Collaborate with project managers to monitor project budgets, forecast cash flow and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Ensure timely filing of tax returns, regulatory reports and internal audits.
• Develop and improve accounting policies, procedures and internal controls.

Required Qualifications
