Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete accounting cycle for multiple clients, including data entry, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and file income tax returns for individuals and small businesses.
• Maintain accurate general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for client review.
• Communicate with clients to resolve discrepancies and answer bookkeeping inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and relevant tax regulations.
• Assist with year‑end closing and audit support as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a full‑charge bookkeeper, preferably in a multi‑client environment.
