About This Position
Join Dodge Construction Network as an FP&A Manager in Phoenix, Maricopa County, driving financial modeling, revenue forecasting and strategic planning for a leading construction firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support revenue forecasting and scenario analysis.
- Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly re‑forecasting, and long‑term planning processes.
- Partner with sales leadership to translate market insights into actionable financial targets.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance, Marketing, Operations and other teams to ensure data integrity and alignment.
- Provide actionable insights and performance dashboards to senior executives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably in construction or related industries.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and ERP/FP&A systems.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
