Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support revenue forecasts and scenario analysis.
• Own the annual budgeting and quarterly planning cycles, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate goals.
• Partner with sales leadership to provide insights, track performance against targets, and drive data‑driven decision making.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance, Marketing, Operations and other departments to consolidate inputs and deliver integrated financial reports.
• Prepare executive‑level presentations and dashboards for the VP, FP&A/Revenue Operations and senior leadership.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance forecasting efficiency and data integrity.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably in construction, engineering or related industries.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and work collaboratively across functions.
