FP&A Manager

Join Dodge Construction Network in Boise, Ada County as an FP&A Manager, driving financial modeling, revenue forecasting and strategic planning. This full‑time role reports to the VP of FP&A/Revenue Operations and partners with sales, finance, marketing and other business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support revenue projections and scenario analysis.
• Lead annual and quarterly budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis processes.
• Partner with sales leadership to provide actionable insights, pricing guidance and performance dashboards.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance, Marketing, Operations and other teams to align financial plans with business objectives.
• Prepare executive‑level presentations and reports for senior leadership.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices in FP&A.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably in construction or related industries.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work as a strategic business partner and influence senior stakeholders.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $132,907.55 annually.
