About This Position
Job Summary
Join Dodge Construction Network as an FP&A Manager in Wyoming, Kent County, US, and lead financial modeling, revenue forecasting, and strategic planning for a fast‑growing construction firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support revenue forecasts, scenario analysis, and long‑term strategic planning.
- Partner with sales leadership to create quarterly and annual sales targets, track performance against goals, and provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate the annual budgeting and quarterly re‑forecasting processes across Finance, Marketing, Operations, and other business units.
- Prepare and present financial results, variance analysis, and KPI dashboards to senior executives, including the VP of FP&A/Revenue Operations.
- Identify process improvement opportunities, automate reporting workflows, and ensure data integrity across all financial systems.
- Support ad‑hoc business cases, M&A assessments, and pricing strategy initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably within construction, engineering, or related B2B industries.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and ERP/FP&A software (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Compensation
Base salary: $169,795.30 per year.
Location
Wyoming, Kent County, United States (on‑site role).
