FP&A Manager
About This Position
The FP&A Manager role at Dodge Construction Network is a full‑time, senior finance position based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County. You will lead financial modeling, revenue forecasting and strategic planning while partnering directly with sales, marketing and finance leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support revenue forecasts and scenario analysis.
- Own the annual budgeting and quarterly planning processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate goals.
- Partner with sales leadership to create territory and pipeline forecasts, translating market insights into actionable financial targets.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance, Marketing, Operations and Revenue Operations to drive data‑driven decision making.
- Prepare executive‑level presentations and reports for the VP, FP&A/Revenue Operations and senior leadership.
- Identify process improvements, automation opportunities and best practices to enhance reporting efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably within construction, infrastructure or related industries.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling tools and ERP/BI systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills; proven ability to partner with senior sales and marketing leaders.
- Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated and capable of managing multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
