Job Summary
Join Dodge Construction Network as an FP&A Manager in Glendale, Denver, US. Lead financial modeling, revenue forecasting, and strategic planning while partnering with sales, finance, and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support revenue forecasting and scenario analysis.
- Drive the annual budgeting, quarterly planning, and forecasting processes.
- Partner with sales leadership to translate market insights into actionable financial targets.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance, Marketing, Operations and other business units to ensure data integrity and alignment.
- Prepare executive‑level presentations and reports for senior leadership.
- Identify performance gaps, recommend corrective actions, and monitor implementation.
- Support ad‑hoc financial analysis and business case development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive financial planning & analysis experience, preferably in construction or heavy‑industry environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross‑functional initiatives.
