Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support revenue forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Drive the annual budgeting, quarterly planning, and forecasting processes.
• Partner with sales leadership to translate market insights into actionable financial targets.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance, Marketing, Operations and other business units to ensure data integrity and alignment.
• Prepare executive‑level presentations and reports for senior leadership.
• Identify performance gaps, recommend corrective actions, and monitor implementation.
• Support ad‑hoc financial analysis and business case development.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive financial planning & analysis experience, preferably in construction or heavy‑industry environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross‑functional initiatives.
