Job Summary

CentiMark Corporation is seeking an experienced Flooring Project Manager for its Mississauga, ON branch. This full‑time role offers a base salary of $90,000‑$100,000 plus bonus potential, managing commercial, industrial and manufacturing flooring projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new clients in the commercial, industrial and manufacturing sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships by delivering customised flooring solutions.
• Prepare and present project proposals, estimates and timelines.
• Coordinate all phases of flooring installations, ensuring compliance with health, safety and quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and on‑site crews, monitoring performance and resolving issues.
• Track project budgets, control costs and report financial performance to senior management.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders and progress reports.
• Collaborate with sales, design and operations teams to achieve client satisfaction and repeat business.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of project management experience in commercial flooring or related construction trades.
• Strong knowledge of commercial, industrial and manufacturing flooring systems and installation techniques.
• Proven ability to win and grow client accounts through consultative selling.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Solid budgeting, cost‑control and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to job sites within the Greater Toronto Area.
