Key Responsibilities

• Arrange equipment financing and funding solutions that meet both Gregory Poole’s standards and customer needs.
• Process and collect document fees, property taxes, conversion interest, CAT insurance fees, and related charges.
• Maintain detailed Excel logs for each finance transaction, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
• Collaborate with sales, credit, and collections teams to improve receivables turnover and meet collection targets.
• Prepare financing proposals, credit analyses, and contract documentation.
• Monitor customer credit limits and recommend extensions or adjustments as appropriate.
• Provide regular reporting on financing activity, outstanding balances, and key performance metrics.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in equipment financing, credit management, or accounts receivable.
• Strong knowledge of third‑party lending processes, credit analysis, and collections best practices.
• Advanced Excel skills; ability to create and maintain comprehensive finance logs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
