Key Responsibilities

• Travel up to 100% of the time (Monday‑Friday, year‑round) to client locations within an hour’s drive of Houston International Airport, with occasional international assignments.
• Install, commission, and calibrate sheet‑metal fabrication machinery according to manufacturer specifications.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues.
• Diagnose faults using schematics, multimeters, and diagnostic software; replace or repair components as needed.
• Provide on‑site training and technical support to customer operators and maintenance staff.
• Document service reports, parts usage, and time‑cards in the company’s CRM system.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to OSHA and company safety policies.
• Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to recommend equipment upgrades or modifications.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical certification or associate degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience servicing industrial sheet‑metal or CNC machinery.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and pneumatic schematics.
• Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting (AC/DC circuits, PLCs, VFDs).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.
• Willingness to work independently and manage a full travel schedule.
