Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of field service engineers across the Lexington and Louisville service area.
• Plan, schedule, and prioritize service calls, installations, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs.
• Ensure compliance with Olympus quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and mentor staff through performance reviews, training programs, and career development plans.
• Collaborate with sales, product development, and customer service to resolve complex technical issues and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biomedical Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of field service experience in medical device or healthcare technology, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong technical knowledge of diagnostic and imaging equipment.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to travel frequently within the Lexington/Louisville region.
• Proficiency with service management software and Microsoft Office suite.
