Field Manager – Siding

Job Summary

Ridge Top Exteriors is seeking a Field Manager – Siding to lead on‑site project supervision for residential exterior projects in the greater Tampa Bay area, based out of the Clearwater, FL office.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all siding installation projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate daily field crews, assign tasks, and monitor productivity.
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Manage project budgets, track material usage, and report progress to senior management.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards on every job site.
• Train and mentor new installers, fostering a high‑performing team environment.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in residential siding installation or a related field.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience on construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of siding materials, tools, and installation techniques.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary of $76,783 per year, with performance‑based bonuses and commissions bringing total annual earnings up to $80,000. Comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and ongoing training.
