Key Responsibilities

• Deliver initial onboarding and ongoing training programs for new franchise distributors covering business strategies, sales techniques, and customer relations.
• Teach computer and software skills essential for inventory management, order processing, and warranty handling.
• Guide distributors through warranty item returns and coordinate the processing of individual tool repairs.
• Conduct field visits to assess distributor performance, gather feedback, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Survey open and potential franchise locations to evaluate market viability and support expansion efforts.
• Prepare training materials, manuals, and digital resources to ensure consistent knowledge transfer.
• Maintain accurate training records and report progress to senior management.
• Travel nationally and, when required, internationally to support distributor sites and attend industry events.
