Key Responsibilities

• Deliver initial and ongoing training to new franchise distributors covering business strategies, sales techniques, customer relations, and computer systems.
• Guide distributors through warranty item returns and manage the processing of individual tool repairs.
• Conduct on‑site assessments of open and potential franchise locations to ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Develop customized training materials and documentation to support distributor success.
• Maintain accurate training records and performance metrics for each distributor.
• Coordinate with regional managers and support teams to address distributor needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Travel nationally and potentially internationally, representing Vontier at industry events and distributor meetings.

Compensation

Salary: $65,927.73 per year.
