Key Responsibilities

• Deliver initial onboarding and ongoing training for new franchise distributors covering business strategies, sales techniques, customer relations, and computer applications.
• Guide distributors through warranty item return procedures and coordinate individual tool repair processing.
• Conduct on‑site assessments of open and potential franchise locations, providing feedback on operational readiness.
• Travel nationally—and occasionally internationally—to provide hands‑on instruction, support, and performance audits.
• Maintain accurate training records, performance metrics, and progress reports in Vontier’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with regional managers to identify training gaps and develop supplemental instructional materials.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales training, franchise development, or field instruction, preferably within the automotive or equipment sector.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM platforms, and basic troubleshooting).
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (≈80% of time) and maintain a residence within one hour of a major airport.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain any required travel visas.

Compensation

Salary: $62,018.48 per year (fixed). Additional travel allowances may apply.
