Key Responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site and virtual training sessions covering business strategies, sales techniques, customer relations, and computer applications.
• Guide distributors through warranty item return procedures and oversee individual tool repair processing.
• Conduct assessments of open and potential franchise locations, providing feedback on market readiness.
• Develop and update training materials, manuals, and e‑learning content.
