Facilities Data Analyst

SAIC is hiring a Facilities Data Analyst in Chantilly, Fairfax County, VA to provide data‑driven insight and project management for a major Intelligence Community client. This full‑time role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze facility‑related data to support engineering, operations, and maintenance decisions.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage end‑to‑end facility projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and compliance with security requirements.
• Coordinate technical support and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Assist in strategic planning, forecasting, and continuous‑improvement initiatives for facility performance.
• Maintain documentation, compliance records, and data integrity in accordance with IC standards.

Required Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Facility Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in facilities data analysis, project management, or engineering support.
• Proficiency with data tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Python.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data to non‑technical audiences.
• Understanding of federal facility regulations and intelligence‑community security protocols.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Intelligence Community or government contracting.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Facility Manager (CFM) certification.
• Knowledge of FM software (e.g., ARCHIBUS, FM:Systems).

Compensation & Benefits
